• Dialogue and communication to correct understanding of the OTHER and HIS image

• Partnership for Strengthening Civil Society Organizations.
• Human Rights education to strengthen the Right In difference and tolerance.
• Youth and Mediterranean cultural Heritage.
• Dialogue and networking between Arab and European Youth organizations and their role in activating intercultural dialogue.
• Regional Mediterranean determinants: Barcelona process, and the new Mediterranean project and their impact on intercultural dialogue.

To activate networking among active youth in preparation for Forum 2009:

• Migration and development issues: Bloggers and journalists network.
• Migration and development issues: National youth organizations network.
